1. e8 Masters and Post-Doctoral Program Scholarship
Established in 2001 to support outstanding students in advanced studies of sustainable energy development , the e8 Scholarship Programme offers two-year scholarships to Masters and Post-Doctoral students.
What is the purpose of the e8 scholarship?
The purpose of the e8 scholarship is to support outstanding students pursuing advanced studies in sustainable energy development and to encourage meaningful contributions to the collective body of knowledge about this subject.

  2. Journalists across the globe can apply for an International Media Studies Master's Program in Bonn, Germany. Full scholarships will be awarded to ten applicants from Africa, Asia, Latin America or Eastern Europe. Deadline for application: April 30.

The four-semester, full-time program combines theory with training in practical journalism skills, and covers such topics as media and development, media economics, and communication science. The program ends with a master's thesis and colloquium. Successful graduates receive a Master of Arts (M.A.).

The program is sponsored by German media group Deutsche Welle, the University of Bonn, and other organizations.

English are encouraged to apply for travel grants of EUR550 (US$830).
